		<description>Rachael,

What a fine day to end on. Your comments from the log or two before were still rumbling around in me--the part about needing to already know something or learn it quickly. What came to me, since, of course, you are not alone in hearing this type of inner speech, was that once identified, this kind of inner talk no longer has to rule us. There is the chance to disidentify with that which was unconscious before. And then, I had to think, in your case and my case, we truly learn all kinds of things over slow developmental time--we wouldn&#039;t be the teachers, people, spirits we are without the truth that we are very patient to learn over time. From wherever, I have had that voice on my shoulder with the pressure of &quot;Get it now!&quot; When I take that off, I can flub before my piano teacher, flute teacher, fall flat on my face. It finally means nothing. What freedom from domestication. I REALLY like that quote about domestication of the body (mind/spirit). And all that is here about the last time, the precious moment. Thank you for all you stirred up in my spirit consciousness with your writings here.
