<description>Oh, that&#039;s fine. Just trying to get a
holistic picture of the entire program.

The program is unique, surely respect their
viewpoint to reserve the upper levels to
studying with them in person and only
sharing with other Brown and Black Belt
instructors.

Thanks for the reply, I am learning alot about Nia via your journal.

Love.

		<description>Hi Jahra,

Oh, I see what you mean.

We have been asked by Debbie and Carlos not to talk about the specific principles of Brown Belt. Of course, I haven&#039;t done Black Belt yet, but I imagine the same is true there.

My sense is the reason isn&#039;t that anything is secret, but that the Brown and Black Belt principles require a somatic understanding of the White and Blue Belt principles as a foundation.

I&#039;m glad you&#039;re finding the entries helpful.

Thank you for your support on my journey.

Love,

		<description>Hi Racheal,

Thanks for the link-about the Nia Belts.
 It is very helpful.

To clarify my question, I am interested to learn
what the specific principles are for the Brown
Belt .

I found your listing on the Blue Belt very
helpful in understanding the focus at this level.

Thank you for helping me achieve a deeper
understanding of the Nia levels.

Looking forward to further journal entries on Nia.

Thank you!

<description>Thank you for sharing your experience
 dancing the Blue Belt principles.

It has been wonderful to check in each
day for your observations and reading about
 your personal journey.

Congratulations on your recent Blue Belt!

For those of us unfamiliar with the Brown
Belt and Black Belt principles, could you
please list the focus for both?

I love learning about Nia and the different
levels. The Nia book is excellent, and I
am looking forward to a White Belt seminar
in the Northeast next year.

All the best,
