Wonderful, Rachie, my heart is brimming grateful mother-water tears of joy for you and with you. I knew you would do this beautifully, full of grace and the shining unique flame that is your gift on this turtle-backed earth.

Mazel tov, indeed!

love, Doris

Wow!!!! Rachael was amazing. What a thrill to dance with her at Nia HQ. She did an absolutely fantastic job. She was authentically Rachael, transmitting the voice of Nia with Grace and Ease. I was honored to be here and to have her as my mentor.

We shared a sweet dinner together and and then I got to hug her goodbye this morning as I completed Debbie's 7 AM class. WOW. Debbie is the quintessential Nia goddess...tight but loose, strong and playful, present and delight-full. I love being in her presence sensing her body's way in order to find mine.

See you all back in Ashland soon...
love,
Sarah Rose

Hello, Rachael, So good to read your experiences learning and teaching with Debbie and Carlos. I'm sure that teachers and students all enjoyed your vibrant aliveness and free-flowing energy. I am getting more and more energy, thanks to you and Nia.
It took a bit of persistence for me to be able to leave a comment, but I wanted you to know that we are all thinking of you, under Sarah's expert leadership. I've had two great classes this week--and will go tomorrow--and look forward to your return on Tuesday.
Love and blessings, Liz Sherbow
