		<description>Beloved Rachael,
Finally I sit and drop in to your blog. To you. Embryonic. Radiant. Joyful. Expressive. Tentative. Receptive. Alive. Dancing through life....on the road to Black Belt.
I continue to be honoured to have you as my teacher, my mentor, my sister, my friend. I love the colors and textures of your uniqueness. I love all that you bring to the relationship that we share. And I love feeling safe enough to bring all of mine.

Tomorrow we will dance the triad of Movement, Music and Magic. From the manual: &quot;Something shifts when we treat every class with the consciousness that it may be the last. Ultimate - ultimo = last. Death brings meaning to the now.&quot;

My friend Tommy&#039;s recent death illuminates this profoundly for me right now.

For me MMM is the grand promise of Nia, and what makes my heart sing. D and C say it is the Big Enchilada of Nia! So, in honour of Cinco Demayo (spelling?) week, let&#039;s take a big bite!

loving you....
